ISPN, an industry-leading managed service provider specializing in Hosted and Managed ISP Services, will highlight its NetPatrol network security and consulting services to Telcos and ISPs from across the country over the next months. Beyond providing network security for existing clients, ISPN will introduce NetPatrol security audits and consulting as a supplemental service to the network monitoring and diagnostic service currently under the NetPatrol brand. The NetPatrol platform functions as a uniquely integrated piece of the diverse support solutions ISPN provides to its partners. ISPN’s managed ISP solutions, which include the proprietary NetEngine, NetPatrol, eScout and HelpDesk products, are supporting hundreds of thousands of households nationwide.

ISPN’s NetPatrol suite of services includes network monitoring, network diagnostics, network audits and consultation. The network security, network audits and consultation expansion include review of the hardware, software, IPs and infrastructure in place. Detailed review of accessibility and entry points can be examined to determine potential security risks. Other highlights of the review include examining any issues with redundancy, network capacity and vulnerabilities in presently deployed CPE. The audits will add an extra layer of security and visibility to the monitoring and diagnostics already offered by ISPN. Beyond consultation and diagnosis of risk, ISPN engineers can execute solutions and safeguards to risks remotely or on the customers premises.

“Security policies and procedures should be a regular point of discussion with organizations of any size. This discussion should go beyond your IT staff, it is just as important for front desk employees, CSR’s, HR, etc. to understand the role they play in ensuring your organizations network, data and facility is secure. We will help educate, implement and secure practices that benefit the provider and the end user,” states Charlie Brenneman, ISPN VP/Director of Operations.

ISPN will be exhibiting at IP Vision in New Orleans, April 23-25; NTCA PR & Marketing Conference in Nashville, April 30-May 1; and TOC Conference in Fargo, May 7-9.
